Creamy mushroom sauce over pork tenderloin medallions, a with puree de malanga and asparagus

Cilantro sauce over grilled pacific red snapper, with champagne-saffron rice and asparagus

Churasco steaks (skirt beef) with a red wine reduction sauce with puree de malanga and ripe plantains
